I saw all of them play, and I realize that play-calling changes did have an impact on their successes, but to address some of your issues:
1.) Marc Dunn was an accidental omission, but he would be near the bottom for me.
2.) Matt Miller slipped mainly because of injuries that required Kavanaugh to take over quite a bit.
3.) Straw was good, but his supporting cast hurt him a little, and too many others have passed him in career numbers
4.) May was good, but the three listed ahead of him were simply better athletes and had more of a running threat.
