Start of a Friendly Rivalry?

I have been to Texas boards and seen some classy fans which reminds me of why I root for them against the Sooners every year.  UT is the class of the Big12 at this point and we look like we could be the class of the North if not next year, the year after.  With this in mind, we could be seeing UT for the next six years.  Next year in Austin, and the next two in the Big 12 Championships.  Could be a bit of a friendly rivalry, a type that is rare in college football.  No, not near a rivalry that OU/Texas is, but one that is forged for the sole reason of UT wanting a little revenge next year and two highly ranked teams (I'm predicting) playing in the next couple.

we dont play them enough, and there way too many idiotic texas t-shirt fans.  how many of those 'OMG WE ROMP YOU IF COLT IS IN!' threads have we seen since the win?

excuses.  injuries are part of the game, stop being sour grapes.  we lost baldwin and watts, otherwise texas doesn't even have that chance to come back in the end.  we GAVE them the ball on a fake punt.  that game shouldn't have even been as close as it was.

I didn't mean a huge rivalry.  I kinda mean like how we wanted to beat Marshall after they pulleed an upset and stomped on our field.  A game the fans realy want to win but might not get a whole lot of recognition.  They can scream about MCCoy all they want and there will be those fans for every team, but we some are humble.

BTW, anyone see the theory a horn is spitting about how they kept a playabl eMcCoy out so not to injure him.  Yea.. they didn't want to play their best chance at a NC.
