Very excited for the addition to Omari, but sad to see sutton leave. Hopefully Sutton finds a good fit for him, but in the mean time, WELCOME to K-State Omair Lawrence!!

hoping Nino actually is able to come this year, and maybe Omari can walk on. that would be the best out come. But hope Dom does well where ever he goes, was one of may favorites

with sutton leaving, how big of change will it cause with the outcome of the season?

im thinking not too much, but it'll hurt. great defender though. pretty decent at times on offense, mostly on fastbreaks.

idk though, im not an expert.

I think it may hurt us a little losing sutton. But honestly as much as I liked Sutton, he was never a threat on the offensive side. If you put someone like Rodney, Southwell, or Omari Lawrence in his spot, they will bring a real offensive threat. And I'm sure Frank will get them to play hard on defense no matter who the player is!

It depends on who takes his scholarship, if Nino takes it we will have a player to fill his spot. If Nino doesn't come this year and Omari gets the scholarship we will be minus one player for this season due to transfer rules.

He got his grades up and put on more weight this year. He was originally suppose to go to prep school but he might come in early. We are suppose to know sometime soon.

robcassidy22    Even with Sutton's transfer, Omari Lawrence still awaits final word from Frank Martin on his situation. Said he should know by Mon. or Tues

robcassidy22    RT @austin_meek-- Nino Williams awaiting word from Clearinghouse, but "looks like a qualifier."-- This could be the reason for Omai's wait.

austin_meek    Spiece-MoKan's Matt Suther says Nino Williams still awaiting word from the Clearinghouse, but he "looks like a qualifier."
