A source close to the Nebraska Board of Regents told Orangebloods.com the regents met informally Wednesday and have agreed to move to the Big Ten and that a formal announcement Nebraska is leaving will come Friday.

Apparently Nebraska, Missouri and Colorado have been given a deadline of June 14 to stop this if they're going to.

Schools that the Big XII might add if this happens include Air Force and BYU.

For some reason the Big XII can't survive without Nebraska. If Nebraska stayed and Colorado and Missouri left, the Big XII could add Air Force and BYU and go on.

Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Colorado could all be Pac 10 bound.

Apparently any movement toward four, 16-team super conferences (which is what I suggested) will be met with resistance by Congress.

None of this answers my big question.....What would become of us?

Nebraska's record against Mizzou is 64-36-3. I think it just went to 65.

That has to hurt.

It may have been a slip of the tongue but ESPNews just said that Colorado is gone for sure, the decision is FINAL, but that the Big XII is working to save Nebraska and the league?
