The Big XII should be speaking with Notre Dame and letting them know that we might be a better option than the Big X.

Increased media exposure to areas outside of their saturated market.
Divisions in football that give them a favorable opportunity to make BCS appearances.
Opportunity to play in a better basketball conference than the Big X.
Texas recruits.
Unequal distribution of television revenue.
Possibility to maintain a ND specific network.

For us in the Big XII:
Counter balance of power in the conference.
Expanded national media exposure.
$$$$$$
Limits the changes needed for conference re-alignment (lose CU-gain ND)
BigXII North football is less of a cake walk.
Built in marquis games in football.  (NU-ND could replace OU-NU series that has been sorely missed.)

Notre Dame ain't joining a conference. College football needs someONE to run it and then the sport could organize itself properly but too bad that doesn't seem to be going to happen.

Really, Notre Dame needs the Austin/Dallas; KC; Denver/Boulder; OKC markets? Ha, yea right.

ND is already in the Big East for bball, so the basketball argument is gone.

Like ND doesn't get TX recruits? They'll be fine. They're already playing a game a year in Texas.

I used to have respect for KSU fans before this.... :ustupid: :ustupid: :ustupid: post
