his incentives aren't worth more than $100k.  That is not an issue whatsoever.

You're low - it's got to be 1.5 - 1.6 minimum w/ very good incentives.

that won't be enough to keep him.  Frank wants a total package increase of $1 million.  that will put his salary at 1.4 with 100k raises to Underwood and Figger and director of basketball operations.

  Really you are going to compair $/game?  That is not an even compairison.  What if we compair how much Snyder makes per kid they coach and the # Frank coaches.  Probably pretty even not to metion longgevity (sp?) I think Frank needs to get paid more, everybody knows that and he will get offered more money at the end of the season.  He will get paid I promise and it may not be by KSU    I hope it is but who knows what is going on with out admins in charge.  But compairing him to a legand in football on a $/game in two totally different sports whos season are not the same length does not make sense.
