My very generous guess - 44k

Cold + television + crappy fans = low turnout.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

I think we'll be over that.  +45K.

Of course Timmy would rather keep the nosebleeds north end and south end seats at $70 bucks a piece, rather then fill them with people.

I'd guess around 46-47K.  We tend to have a "base" of about 43-44K fans.  Which is why I laugh at the idea of any type of expansion of BSFS.

I can't believe tickets for this game are $70 each.  I guess I'll hang around a while after the basketball game and see if I can buy one from somebody for $40-$50.

There are quite a few seats available.

44,000 is my guess.

And yes it is absolutely retarded to sell these tix for 70 dollars.  This is not 1997-02.

I think 44k is a pretty low estimate...we had over 46k vs. OSU (coming off a loss to Baylor) and over 44k vs. ISU (crappy team).

Even though $70 is a ridiculous price for a single game ticket.

I just looked online and there are tix available in at least 6 sections in the upper deck which holds 8-10000.

the fact that we are even having this conversation highlights just how crappy our fanbase is.

44k.

I wish the tickets were cheaper so I could afford to go  :crybaby:

But I'm saving up for the bowl game, I have to make a choice and I choose the bowl game over this game.

Still, if I could find a $30 ticket or two I might still be able to afford to go.  $70/ticket is just waaaaay too much for me right now, I have to get ready for the blow my wallet is going to take when tuition hits me in January.

There's a facebook group for selling tickets; I'm seeing people sell GA and ICAT tickets for as little as $25.  Or at the very least you can always scalp them.
