Arthur Brown has left the University of Miami football program. Could a return to the home state and purple and white be next in line? :steadymobbin':

How much eligibility would he have left?  He played two years in Miami and would lose a year due to transfer.  Would that leave him with only one year?

players have five years of eligibility, including the redshirt.

So, if he played two, he would just burn his redshirt during his transfer season, and be left with two years of eligibility.  But no resdshirt if he gets hurt.

Could always apply for a medical after his eligibility is gone.

    Hey, basketball!!!
BTW, my sources in Wichita said that they saw him at Butler CCC enrolling for classes. Not much I know but it sounds like he's gonna be taking some classes out of Butler for the rest of the semester.

so he's transferring into a juco until may, then he comes here without having to sit out?

Probably just needs to take classes to maintain his academic eligibility.  He would still have to sit out unless he stays at Butler until May, 2011.

    The "other" KSU
One thing that nobody has taken into consideration is that this all may be due to Turner Gills praying that Brown comes to uk... don't EVER underestimate the power of prayer, and Gill is a praying fool!

I wonder what Brian Butler's thoughts on this are. Why haven't we heard from him?
