Give ku's marketing guys some credit--they studiously avoided anything smacking of the infamous "History Awaits" campaign.  They did a good job of showing the "awesomeness" of ku football, even in the face of some serious losses.  I was hoping for more, like "Blue Wings Rising", or the always hilarious "Beak 'em Hawks"--those are always good for a laugh.

As far as predictions go, ku has had one bad football season in my four years of posting here.  K-State has beaten ku twice in football and basketball since I've been posting on this board.  Marinate on that one for a second.
