this is just an imo coming into this thread but if a food is just as good or better at the opposite temp than conventional wisdom would say, does that really make that temp the right temp and therefore this whole thread is complete bullsh*t nonsense?  ya, sorry kids, that's what i thought.  damn, it hurt my abusive elbows just typing that science onto this BBS.

How about you GTFOOMMFF and "step off"!  You obviously don't knwo jack crap about what your talking about here.  Out of your league, so don't come crypt-walking up in this thread and try big timing me.  Laughable  'sclams trying to junior mod.  Stick to discussions about consumer electronics and potlucks son.

wicked potato chip like burn by chingon. get it? i took a food that isn't typically hot and then insinuated that it just burned clams. oh my goodness. does it get any funnier?

wow, just wow.  i feel like Ghandi did after he made those horse not run over him.  sorry kids but I know i made your craniums bleed when i dropped my knowledge onto you but you should really try to learn from your posting/BBS'n mistakes instead of trying to flex weakness like solar flares from the sun.  it's almost like you would rather look gloidian to the entire world because when they read this thread they will laugh TFA'sO right at your faces.  but that's ok don't get furious because the reality is you can only do what you can do and if you can't figure out reality then you might as well not even try to deal with the truth.   8-)

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

 :blindfold:
typical.  'clams gets clownsuited and then tries to overcompensate by acting all hard and crap.  Looks like Duso the Dolphin wasted his time on your dumbass younger self.  If and when you learn to interact with others in a sensible and forthright manner, maybe then will you see what a fool you've made of yourself.  I'm not furious or none of that crap, just shaking my head reading your weak posts.  The truth is, is that you need to look at yourself for once.  You keep raging against everyone and everything, but deep down you know the one you really are angry at is pissclams.

And don't go acting like your from the streets neither, penguin-looking mother&@#%er.

Besides the obvious candidates catsup (does anyone still spell it that way? I feel like I just put another 20 years on myself) and mustard (by the way, preserves, much like jello, are better cold imho), I'd say society has done a pretty good job of deciding what goes where.

Salsa and nacho cheese (if not cooked) are definitely better cold - not sure if that's standard convention or not, given they get sold in the chip aisle and not the cheese aisle.

Actually, methinks dairy is almost always best cold or cooked (even stinky cheese), but going either way can improve (like gruyere is better cold and swiss is better melted imho) while towing the middle line (room temp) fracks it all up.

Why am I not surprised that I have to hold 'clams' hand through yet another post...
Obviously the right temperature would be the "manufacturer's recommended temp", and barring that the FDA guidlines.  JFC, didn't think I had to spell that out. I mean everyone else (actually competent BBS'ers) seemed to get it right away.  But if you want to receive some more of my Liu Kang kicks to your lumpy bald-ass head that's your prerogative.

Meatballs in a good sauce are usually pretty tasty cold.

Also Garlic Bread is good if it's not warm.
