So I know someone who is on the scout team for the women's basketball team. He was playing at the rec one day and a women's coach came up and asked him if he would like to be on the scout team for the women's team. He just basically volunteers and runs the plays of the women's opponents along with some other guys. He also goes to the men's practices because he helps every now and then with scout team and managing and such. Anyway, to the point. He said that there was a three hour practice before the Washburn game. He said that at the practice Jason Bennett was trying to act like hot crap and Huggins just went up to him and told him "You are acting like you are an All-American, you haven't done crap yet" So Bennett got pissed and walked out of practice. That is why he was benched for the entire game. He also said that once the players got into the locker room during halftime that Harris and Young got into a big argument and were yelling at eachother and that is why neither one of them got hardly any minutes in the second half. So that could explain some of the problems regarding Sat. nights performance. I don't know if it makes up for all of the problems but atleast there are some answers regarding who was playing and such.
