The boys in blue signed him to a one year deal for $1.75 million. The deal includes an option for the 2011 season. With incentives this year the contract could reach $2 million.

Has never hit higher than .265 in back to back seasons. He'll be 34 by opening day so has likely peaked for his career.  Another throwing good money after bad by Moore.

takling heads not liking the moves this offseason. Gonna be a rough year. Hopefully Greinke doesn't go all postal in the clubhouse.  :ohno:

Yep once again not doing anything to improve the big club. Hopefully it turns out better than last year.

he has had some HUGE clutch hits.

steals a lot of bases.

eh. not too excited on this, but its better than signing shane costa
We all know there's been a conspiracy. Only the failures have been recorded.

Def agree on that.

To me it seems to be afairly team friendly contract so it doesn't really bother me and I am optimistic Scotty can have a good year.
