    The very best.
Someone must have something. Paying 65 bucks =  :blank:

If I have to, I will pay. Man, that's expensive crap.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

    shame on you, non-believers
Excellent question. I would love to go to that game.

On a related note, is $50 too much to pay for a Texas ICAT ticket?

Put on a ku shirt and troll the parking lots just before kickoff.  After acquiring cheap tix from a ku fan soak blue rag in gasoline and toss on someone's grill. Double bonus if you set an entire row of RVs on fire.

No need...I've never paid more than $10 bucks sportin' all the powercat gear.....If ya don't mind waitin' till right before kick or even a bit after you'll find 'em cheap.

Tried that two years ago Jack and didn't find squat. Hopefully the demand is down a little this year and the supply is up. I'm glad I didn't pay the money for the game then. I hope the money is worth it this time.

you could try blowing their crimson boy.  not saying you are of that persuasion, but could work.

I paid 65, about 4 of us going, and apparently will be sitting right next to ku student section.  That should be fun.

I'm pretty sure they give away free tickets in lawrence throughout the week leading up to the game.  Just find one of the places they do it and put on a blue shirt for those few minutes, get the ticket(s), and get the &@#% out as fast as possible before the you catch the gay or the super AIDS.

50 bucks for an ICAT is prolly about as good as a deal you'll find this late. My buddy just sold his student GA for 80 and it didn't take him long to find a willing person. Buy the ticket before they realize they are almost giving it away.

Student tickets are a no go. They actually require ID's.

Not to mention only an idiot would sit in their student section.

    KSU Super Fan
K-State checks ID's now for basketball games. Atleast they do for people that go late. I had a friend that went about fifteen minutes late on Sat. and they wouldn't let him in. He had a GA student sec. ticket and my student ID but they said that since it wasn't him that they wouldn't let him in. Tim Weiser is behind this, I just know it!

You mean only a real fan?

It sucked last time when we lost, but had we won it would've been glorious.

Try to find a ku ID .  .  . Perkins will be selling tickets for $10 shortly for those with ID's, and their fans suck so much, there's still 1000's of seats available for their Super Bowl.

I've been watching Ebay and Stub hub for a month now; stupid people are paying 60 -100 $ a ticket... i can't believe it.  I was really hoping that ISU would destroy ku Sat thinking that interest in this KSU vs. ku matchup would dissapear.  I think I'm goint to have to scalp some before the game as I'm not going to pay more than $30.

Same.  We'll just have to wait for the scalpers to drop their prices, so like 2 minutes after kickoff.  They'll drop pretty quickly.

Worse case scenario we watch the game from the hill for free.  Hell, we could probably get just as close to the field watching from the open end of the horseshoe.

I heard you couldn't see the field anymore from the hill... something about a video board...  Anyone have any info on this?

You can see it somewhat on one half of the hill. Two years ago that's what a lot of people did. It sucked ass. Complete waste of time. Better off going to a bar and watching/listening to it if you're not going to spend the money for a ticket.

If it's not televised; Idruther sit on the hill with a radio than listen to it at home.

 "bad decision on your part."

The tix came from my friends girlfriend who is a Pi Phi at ku.  It's dads weekend and not all the dads could come apparently.  So I will be watching the game in the midst of several hundred sorostitutes.

So it seems it might be a scary smart desicion on my part and Bold and Daring of me to sit that close to students.
