You can't be racist and like basketball.

He will be even better with an offensive line.  God bless CU and their 2 man rushes.

    The very best.
The offensive line is getting much better. We ran the ball for 188 yards vs one of the toughest rush D's in the big 12. Seriously, alot of that has to do with having better RB's. Patton is awesone, and Johnson is very solid. I was SHOCKED we were able to run so effectively. The 4th and 4 conversion was awesome!
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Things are looking up now that most of the underachievers are riding the pine.

    Fear the Brick
I'm seriously in shock that we ran that well against CU.  I know fans of other schools will say that CU just packed it in, but it isn't like they've had much to play for in a while now, yet their defense, especially run defense,  has been good.  OU ran for 166 at home against CU.  The offensive performance gave me hope that we can score with ku.  Overall the defense played decent; the goal line stand was fantastic.  They still continue to give up too much on the ground, but a majority of their gains came on two plays that were, IIRC, missed tackles by Archer and Erker.  Erker, btw, is freaking killing me.

And if Prince can convince a few underclass underachievers to free up some 'ships for us maybe recruiting will improve a bit as well ... OK that's probably too much to hope for.

Running the ball was great, but they still can't stop a blitz to save their lives (thanks for not blitzing much, Hawk!)  and often have DL's go unblocked or put our guards 3-4 yards in the backfield on about half the running plays.

That little sweep play looked nice about every time they ran it.  Really, all playcalling was great until Freeman's incompletion with 2 minutes left.

I think they just figured that Freeman doesn''t throw incompletions.

    Overkill. It works.
Freeman is definitely looking better.  His completion percentage yesterday was awsome, 250+ yards & 2 TDs.  That's a LOT better than a month ago.  A lot of that has to do with the offensive line improving & finding a running game.  I couldn't be a whole lot happier about yesterday's game--of course, beating the Buffs is always sweet.  And beating them up in Boulder doesn't happen very often.  It was a great day for all involved; except for the hometown crowd, that is.

    This ZERO is my Hero
Erker is killing us all, I can't understand how his arm tackles aren't working better...that is when he actually gets hand on someone.

This is the game I have been hoping for from Freeman, stepping up and showing some progress.  It was just great to watch.  I can't wait to see what he can do against Texas.

As far as the ku game goes, its kinda interesting that their bye week comes before the game against us.
