    shame on you, non-believers
My mom is obsessed with an ice cream place called Serendipity (i think). Look it up it was pretty good and it's been in a couple movies.

Yeah, we had that on our obligatory restaurant stop list, but the wait was 2.5 hours at 2 in the afternoon, so we said no thanks and moved on.

Also, Junior's on 45th was just okay.

Did you try the cheesecake?

Didn't take a single cab the entire time, went almost everywhere on foot; used the subways to get anywhere we couldn't walk to (Brooklyn, etc.).

Where did you go in Brooklyn?

No on the cheesecake. Had a club sandwich that was huge, but a bit dry. In Brooklyn we tried to go to Grimaldi's Pizza, but again, too long a wait, so we walked down the street to the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory on the river instead (right next to River Cafe). Then we walked the Brooklyn Bridge back to Manhattan.

NYC would be a hell of a lot cooler if it wasn't so damn dirty and polluted.  And if there wasn't like 10 million people living there.

It was far less crowded than I expected it to be.

You should've tried the cheesecake!  Glad you hit up Brooklyn for a bit.

That Tavern On The Green place is closing or something.  Agree on Junior's cheescake being great.  Also, their mustard is the tits.

Look, basically everything I know about NYC is limited to what I've seen in Coming To America.
