It's the scotch talking...

and the cheap rum...

Alexander receives my vote not because I cover Missouri football, but because people who rise from the ashes of three knee surgeries and have to wait around until their senior seasons to show the world what has been hidden inside deserve to be recognized.

Tugs at the old guy's heart strings it seems.  That just goes to show you LSOC, that while the world may look at Mike DeArmond and see an ugly, old, bitter, washed up hack of a writer, there's still an emotionally vulnerable human being underneath.

I think we have all learned something today.

His article wasn't horrible until this line: "And perhaps the best wide receiver I've ever seen in college football."

That made it into a joke.

“My arm gets tired from doing this,” said coach Bill Snyder, waving his arm.

at Mike for writing an over the top article about Mike Clay of Houston Nimitz being 6'6", 240lbs and running a 4.2, and Larry Smith was God as he had stolen him from "everybody".  By the time Mike Clay stole the hubcaps off a car in Columbia and was kicked off campus, he had shrunk to 6'2", was up to 260 and ran a 4.8. He lost any cred way back then.

I'm as anti-Tebow as anyone right now, but dude is pretty damn impressive.  (Really tired of the media blowjobfest for him and I get tired of his Jesus lovin'.)  I personally would vote for Suh, as much as I hate to admit it.  But, since lineman never win, I would prob vote for lil Timmy Christ.
