Hire the Mangy Man?
Yes his practices are outdated and he's obese, but as long as he sticks to the required Snyder way he would be an outstanding OC compared to good ol' Del. No offense big guy. Either of you.

Just because he left for OU? He might have but I don't think he'd hold a grudge that long for a guy that really can be a great offensive mind as long as he doesn't let his ego get in the way.
