Good posts above. Merri played badly for Merri, he's had much better games here. And while Oj had moments, he played some terrible defense and dumb turnovers. But yeah, it proves a point and they probably never complain, never give attitude, and you never have to check their grades or if they are in class.
But it proves a point, and I really doubt Frank "decided" to prove his point 5 minutes or whatever into the game last night. Frank has probably been waiting to do this for a couple weeks and he and the coaches probably went back into the office after the game, had a little laugh, and the started talking about Washington State and how hard they were going to bust the players today at practice.
