Snyder cleared up a lot today at the presser. Brandon Harold should be back to full health after Christmas. He never quit.

great job, cole!
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

This is such a rush waiting for the individual awards to come out every 5 minutes for the conference. Great decision by the Big 12...

I couldn't agree more. I mentioned this earlier, what an incredible handful of minutes that was. Pure excitement.

5 star tweeting right there.

13 here for the Spring?

We've only got 14 committed. Snyds tipping his hat?

Or is this one of those things where he's counting greyshirts or whatever.

Did you see the size of that chicken?
so will the spring game be worth going to this year...I mean...no clowns, carinval rides or cotton candy...right?  But there might be some fundamentals of football?

Joyful tears feel great. Just great.

You try and hold them back, but ultimately succumb because you're too happy to fight anything at that moment.

We're here, Chris and Brandon.

Here with you.

Any Cam Newton updates? He went to Starkville over the Holiday break.

Snyder said nobody has contacted him about interviewing any of his assistant coaches.

Quote
"That doesn't mean we wouldn't take a quarterback," Snyder said. "It's such a prominent position, but I'm not uncomfortable with what we have returning at all."

Quote
"I'm uncomfortable not having the opportunity to assess someone's senior year of high school," he said. "It doesn't mean that I'm uncomfortable with the youngsters that we have committed to our program right now ... but I would sure like to go through the process and be able to not only see them play but get to know them.

I think I read in the KC Star that he would apply for a medical redshirt.

You don't apply for it until after your senior year, so we won't know anything for a while (years).

Can he do that despite his playing in the Tech game?

I think the MRedshirt is his only option and, as mentioned, we would have to wait for him to apply for that.

Given the amount of time he played during the Tech game, he still might be able to use his regular redshirt.

1 snap is all it takes to not be elgible for a regular redshirt.

won't he be applying for a hardship waiver, which I think he should be able to get because he (a) had an injury (b) it occurred prior to the second half othe seasons (c) he only participated in one contest (limit is 3 contests or 30% which ever is greater).

Yeah, that's the route he'll have to go, and he should have a good shot at it.

I was replying the the poster above that commented about the amount of time he played at Tech.
