PERFECT thanks for posting this. Have missed a couple episodes and have some q's.

OK, so the last episode I'm up on, Jax and Ope made up (big hug, Opie's dad tries to shoot Clay) but I don't understand how the chick ATF agent has any involvement in Donna's death? Ope said something to the effect of him and Clay "being good", but why tf would he say that? Clay (via Mayans or 49rs, can't remember) tried to kill him and got his wife instead. Why doesn't Ope waste Clay?

I think other than that I'm good. I just don't understand why Ope (still) has love for Clay and why he hates the chick ATF agent.

The ATF chick set Ope up. She bugged his truck, put money in his accounts, wiped out debts, and did everything possible to make the club think Ope turned on them.  So when Clay and Tig found out, Clay felt he had to take Ope out to protect the club.  So that's why Tig tried to kill Ope, but unknowingly shot Donna instead.  The ATF chick didn't care that she was risking Ope's family in effort to get the club.  That's why she's at fault, (just like this season she was doing with Chib's ex-wife and daughter.  Hanging them out to die for her own success.)

Jax knew all this, but knew its delicacy required him to take his time with it, otherwise risk the whole club going down.  Jax feels he needs to fix the club(that's where his dad's book comes in) and get it on the straight path and stop selling guns.  That's why Jax and Clay had beef all this season.  However, this season Tig, who actually killed Donna, has been riddled with guilt and just not the same.
So last episode it all came together for Ope.  Who killed Donna(Tig and Clay), why Jax and Clay were at each other, and that the ATF chick was largely responsible for Donna's death.  So Jax and Ope made up, but realized you just can't take out the President of the club.  Instead, they've decided to help each other essentially slowly try to take Clay down, and Jax gave him his dad's book to read.  That's why Ope said he's cool with Clay.

Any other questions?  I friggin LOVE this show.  Btw as I'm writing this I have not watched the season finale yet. DVR'd, will watch tomorrow.

I leave you with this:

My bad, I thought this week was the finale, its actually next week.  Good episode this week though.  Next week looks to be a solid ending.

Music in that show is great, that song playing right before they go to the showdown with Weston, great.

Is this like a cowboy show where the horses are motorcycles?  Seems like it may be.

Let's not get carried away. Cowboys who like to drink and shoot people in the wilderness still pretty much rule the roost, but yeah its damn good.

That cleared it up for me, thanks. I must have missed a chunk of episodes quite awhile ago to not understand the ATF lady's connection with Donna's death. And now it makes sense why Ope wouldn't blame Clay or kill Tig. I still would have sworn that Clay hired the Mayans or Niners to make the hit but I'm probably just "misremembering".

I knew there was going to be some kind of resolution since it was getting near the end of the season. Gonna jump on Hulu and try to catch this week's show. I have a feeling something major is gonna go down with the Aryans now that Gemma's incident has been revealed. Plus we haven't seen much violence out of them recently. I wonder if maybe Henry Rollins' character gets sacrificed somehow. He's definitely fallen out of favor with Zobelle. :ohno:
