The poking in the chest and yelling at players is peanuts.

The racial remarks are harrassment.  That's not only cause for termination and no buyout, but both he and the University could face lawsuits.  Big lawsuits.

Especially if there were 50 other kids standing around as witnesses.

And Mangino is harrassing kids who are possibly future NFL players who could have potentially earned millions of dollars.

Kids like Jocques Crawford.

I see your point here but remember... uk players don't really make it in the NFL.
