These are all things that happened in the past, but he was winning and Lew didn't want to fire him yet, so it was kept on the DL.  Now all of a sudden that Lew wants him gone, these things are all being made public on the same day.

He's not done dragging Mangino through the mud yet.  He's not just going to find a way to avoid the buyout clause, he's going to prevent Mangino from landing a respectable job elsewhere too.
