I agree with Ben . . . Mangino has anger issues, I've heard he went after a kid who he overheard say that they should just blow off the Texas game and concentrate on Missouri.   First off, that would pi$$ off any coach worth a damn . . . but Mangino should have just held that ace until they were out on the practice field and use it as a little negative motivation.

My guess is that if Big Lew wants Mangino out, his "investigation" of him will be a lot more in-depth than the investigation of the f-ball vs. b-ball brawls.

There is no way to put that genie back in the bottle.  Whether it happened or not, it's out there.  Absolutely no way Mangino can survive this. 

Lew ended it by calling that meeting.  He could have kept it quiet.  He could have made it go away.  But instead he chose to crush Mark like a dove.

Kietz reported that 5 different players have filed complaints with the Ath Dept. that Mangino hit them or "touched them improperly" (maybe choked them or shoved them?)
