i had two elite hollywood types in town visiting this weekend.  one of them is an uber elite hollywood producer.  watching game and the "consider ksu" commercial comes on.
her jaw drops, says it's the  best college commercial she's ever seen.  incred props.  'nuff said.

It's the perfect college commerical.  It's not all rah-rah, it's not filled with ridicolous glossy brochure hyperbole, it doesn't try and portray the school as something that it isn't,  it's got an approach nearly everyone can relate too . . . and it wasn't made to appeal only to people who already "get it" as far as the school goes.

It's just what advertising elites call tv commercials.  It's a good way to determine whether someone really knows what they're talking about.
