You could say this about Coffman too, except Gregory is doing what matter most, winning.

That said it will be interesting that in one year Gregory will have accomplished more in my mind than Freeman, and will always be remembered in a better light because of it.

Getting all  :kstatriot:, just thinking about Gregory winning these last two games.

I really think he was the perfect QB for this team and this season.

Had we landed a HS or Juco QB, it would have been damn easy for the team to give in to the "this is a rebuilding year, wait till next year" mindset.  But with GG having only 1 year left to play, I think his sense of urgency has helped keep the team focused on this year, especially after the Tech game.  Fitzgerald, I believe, has been a similar influence on the D. :kstatriot:

What if that HS/Juco QB was really good though?  Prolly have a LaLa victory in hand at the least :dunno:

Okay, got this from another site, from an unknown (to me) poster so take it for what you will.

Young brother of above mentioned individual is out in the yard tossing a football with some friends saturday evening when up pulls this car, out pile GG and some friends of his and walks up and asks them if they can play catch with them.

Like the Grinch, my heart grew a size or two hearing it.  Loving me some GG.  Those kids will be telling that story for years and will never forget it.

^This story wouldn't surprise me, GG is EMAW. He is moving up the list of my favorite K-State players. I hope he continues to lead us to wins & a bowl game.

GG doesn't turn the ball over, and occasionally hits a receiver.  Perfect for Snyds II, year 1.

How many Senior days has he had in his career so far?   :kstatriot:

Going to be very touching and emawtional

Not gonna lie, I might shed a few tears. Ever since watching the ISU post-game interview with him, I love the guy...

Without him we would be nothing this season.

what if he does a backflip?
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

agreed.  best white QB since Chad may?  And he was a douchebag.  Tough to get more emawtional than GG (white non-douchebag QB).

I've cried several times this year during or after games.  Incredibly embarrassing.  I just love it all so much.

I love him BECAUSE of his flaws, not despite them.

The mother &@#%er just lays it all out there.  At no point do you ever worry about getting GG's best effort.

It's a trait of Snyder/Leavitt QB's.

I expect to get a good honest look from Grothe for transfer this next year.

I'll be honest. I thought it was Coffman or bust after GG came in during the U-LALA game. The guy proved himself to me a couple weeks later in the ISU game(during and after) and has only gotten better. His attitude and passion to perform in his last year of football really secretes the EMAW juices. Sh1t like this is why nothing beats following college football and rooting for the Cats.
