Who do we want to meet in the Big 12 championship if everything goes as it should for TEXAS?

I am having a hard time. We all know that we cannot beat the team in purple no matter how bad they are. Bill Snyder has our number and KSU without Bill Snyder has our number.

Though I think we should win against either of these teams, I don't think either is going to be a cakewalk ala CU 2005. KSU looks like they have a solid running game and NU is #2 in the country in scoring defense. I'm glad the game is in DFW and not KC this year.
One note, if it is KSU their last regular season game is Nov. 21 (@ NEB, I believe), giving them 2 weeks prep time.

don't know why but Kansas State makes me nervous too

Quote
i'm nervous about either of those. i see nebraska trying to pull of a James Brown type of performance as we should be heavily favored to win and go to the national championship game just as the huskers were in the 1996 Big 12 championship game.

And KSU might be one of those teams that has our number. either way, we are DOOMED.

Nebraska. I like us playing somebody with a reputation, even if it was mostly earned before this decade. Also, K-State makes me nervous...no matter what the record is, they're like a vampire that sucks our blood. I also remember a heavily-favored OU getting their butts handed to them by Snyder a few years ago in the championship game. Until we prove we can beat a Snyder-coached K-State, or just K-State, no matter who's coaching 'em, that's one team that makes me nervous. If I had my druthers, we'd play Iowa State for the championship.

Nope...I know we beat Snyder-coached teams both years, but not comfortably, and K-State still has scoreboard on us for the series. They make me nervous. Anyone who says differently is "whistling past the graveyard."

Tejas is pretty much already :whiteflag:
“Nobody plays harder than Kansas State.  Bilas said that to me in person,” Martin said. Now, does that mean that I’m happy every day?  No, because it’s our job to continue to get those guys to continue to grow.”
