Next week

KSU/nu both win: The winner of KSU/nu game wins the north unless nu loses to cu.

nu wins/KSU loses: Winner of KSU/nu game wins north.

nu loses/KSU wins: Winner of KSU/nu game wins north unless nu loses to cu.

This is completely discounting cu making a run at it.  Don't think that its going to happen. They won't win out @isu, @osu, and against nu.  Also discounts multiple teams @4-4.  Don't think that will happen.

This would be a huge win for nu.  Damn paperclips. :banghead:

I think it's impossible to say how fracked we are since NU won that game.

We'll get pounded in Lincoln and MU will most likely punk us.

Either way, I have a weird feeling about whichever team (KSU or NU) comes out of the North to challenge Texas... I think the North will reign supreme as per usual. :pirate:
"Unless you're a ku fan you don't want to watch a game at the fieldhouse. You'll never see more home cooking in your life. The last game I watched there Larry got the boot and I didn't blame him a bit. Only ball game I've ever walked out on in my life, besides, the facility is a piece of ****."

It's not that big a deal. We were already rooting for the Sooners which is something none of us would have done 6 or 7 years ago. Saying the words Boomer or Sooner in the city of Manhattan could have gotten you a knife in the back circa 2002.

Our chances would be a helluva lot better had OU won last night. The Nubb game in Lincoln is going to be huge.

Look at Nubb this year on the road. 9 first downs at Baylor. Yesterday against OU they had 7, count um', seven freaking first downs. I don't see them walking into Reesing Memorial Stadium and cake walking. ku has lost 4 straight, but I still give ku a 50/50 chance at home against that juggernaut Nubb offense.

So, ku beats Nubb, and if we take care of business against Mizzery, the north is ours, regardless of the outcome in Lincoln. KSU's game in Lincoln becomes more of a bowl pecking order game.  Teams like Nubb that live on defense and field position eventually &@#% up when you can only crank out 7 first downs.

KSU vs Mizz  W- 5-2
NU vs ku  L- 3-3

We have to hope Reesing doesn't put the ball on the ground or throw it to the wrong team, and ku's defense can hold Nubb in check.

Wrong.

With the KSU 5-2, nubb 3-3 model, if nubb beats us it goes to 5-3, 4-3 with nubb having the tiebreaker.  nubb beats cu and we're both at 5-3 with nubb having the tiebreaker.

I stand corrected. $hit I forgot about their CU game.  I just had a Reesing fumble moment at midget status trying to run over two KSU linebackers and forgot to hang onto the ball.

Thanks OU.

Now we get to go to Lincoln and hopefully avoid a Terrius George moment and give them another game. God I hate that m f'g place.
