Top 3 as far as crowd noise that I can remember (today's lasted the whole game). In no particular order:

1. Today (entire game)
2. Coach Snyder's last game (the first time around vs. Mizzou after Brandon Archer's INT)
3. Oklahoma (don't remember the year) when they were highly ranked and the Gameday crew came. We blocked a punt and returned it for a touchdown late to give ourselves a chance.

I base these on the "I feel like I'm going to pass out it's so loud" scale!

Great Job EMAWers!!!!!

    Hey, basketball!!!
It's true. Only 48,000 there but every one of the Cat fans that are apart of that # made the most noise that they possible could. Way to go K-Statriots. :kstatriot:

Anyone in attendance for the Nebraska game in '98.  Best crowd I've ever experienced...

The OU game you're thinking of is 2000.

2002 USC game was very loud.  Loudest I can remember.  Night games always seem about 30% louder, FWIW.

Can't remember seeing this much raw, raging EMAW since Nubb '98. I know I haven't had that jacked out of my gourd, about to pass out from screaming so loud feeling in a long time. How would everybody else rate the best crowds?

the entire crowd was amazing.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

The whole crowd was just hanging out after the game looking like "Send those fracking cats back out to play another 1/4 or something." Didn't want to leave

    Anti-government
I'll take credit here, I was probably the first person yelling on every down.  Immediately after the previous play ended.  Been like this since aTm game.  I am practically willing the team to victory.

2000 Nubb was loud as well.

True story...   Today I was screaming & Emaw'n it up...   The last defensive stand of the game, I missed the last play because I was starting to pass out and my vision was blacking out from screaming too long.  I had to sit down during the last offensive drive as every time I stood up I got light headed and weak in the knees.   I have no idea how we stopped them on those last plays... I could only hear what was going on.  :steadymobbin':

on a side note, did anyone see that fat bastard on the east side of the stadium over by the grass puking all over himself and laying face down on the ground puking into his own/face mouth.

Didn't think it was possible to puke into your own face until today.

i passed out a bunch. maybe because i didn't eat before the game? doctor on board?

love how you can roam around in the NEZ giving everyone around you high fives. too bad you really can't see sh*t. the key is to avoid the middle (goalposts)

also love this.  I love the expressions on complete strangers face when I run up in front of them and go down the bench giving everyone hi-fives.  It's like snorting a line of EMAW.
