So I don't think im gonna be able to catch the first couple minutes of the game cuz I gotta work to I flip over to Versus to record the game and some bullcrap message comes up that the channel is cancelled? Is the game still televised??? I can't find it anywhere....

Comcast is a "rip-off" organization.   You don't get your money's worth with them and they being the biggest of the cable companies like to use their power to make more money.  Myself, I can choose between Comcast and Verizon FIOS and there is no comparison.   So many more channels than Comcast.  I switched from Comcast as soon as Verizon FIOS became available. 
So, find a friend, or visit a local sports bar, that has the game.

Ticket shouldn't matter dude.  I drove 8 hours from dfw the weekend I knew we were going to beat Nebraska just to be in town when we made history.  Thank God my family and I live back in the paradise that is Manhattan again!
