Keithen, if given the same carries as DT, would be averaging about 3 yards per carry AND we'd probably have to throw the ball more. It would be a disaster, but if DT does have to sit at all I doubt Snyder moves Lamark to RB. Any word on the type of injury - bruised? structural damage?

I heard it was one of those injuries that's going to nag him a long time.  I would expect it to be an issue the rest of the season though hopefully it's not.  I am 100% behind sitting him this game.

Pretty sure he's been playing hurt most of the season. A true testament to his beastliness. I bet a cortisone shot will do wonders.

Mostly because he's just not that good.

Although he has proven to be a serviceable back this year, which exceeds my expectations.  But we need much more than a "serviceable" back given the rest of our offense.

I don't know, that's why I was asking.  Why would we expect to win any of our remaining games?  Because ISU beat NU 9-7 and CU beat ku?

He wouldn't start for any team in the Big 12 though, barring injury (luckily that includes us since it didn't last season)

He's probably the worst backup running back we have had under Snyder since 1992.

Agreed. I actually don't think he is that bad. He's certainly not great, but he is better than what people on here think imo.
