Why do people eat at crappy places like McDonalds and Wendys, but not at the good places like Popeyes?

The sign on the window said "Closed due to changes in the economy."  Baloney.  It's closed because people are not smart enough to recognize solid fast food.

Salina is soooo backwards.

Even the white people in Joco love popeyes.  They have one in corporate woods.

Same with the Popeye's in Topeka too.  I was actually wanting some red beans and rice, so I drove over to it Tuesday after work and saw they were closed.   :curse:

Supposedly the people who owned Popeye's also owned the Taco John's or Taco Bueno or whatever that also recently closed, they were having some "money problems"

About that.  The Taco Bueno didn't last much longer.

Quite a coincidence that the only two restaurants in Salina to close in the last year (Popeyes and Taco Bueno) were owned by the same group.  Very poorly run and out of the way location.

The best place fast food mexican place is Tacos Jalisco on Broadway.

When you have to wait at the drive-through speaker until they have finished serving the only other car in line, there are issues.

Ate there twice (at least 3 months apart).  Remember going in one time and someone had driven a car through the dining room wall.

do remember that now that you mention it. It may have been three or so months, as i was in manhattan during that time but I do know it didn't last long, I will promise not six months.
