we're going to be better next year...and the year after that.

Chris Harper was born on September 10th 1989, one day after Bill Snyder's head coaching debut at Kansas State.

That is your Kansas State football "Factoid of the Day", brought to you by Manhattan Regional Airport -- Your recruiting hub for Kansas State athletics.

Give me one fracking reason why you put that?

Its probably the same reason he has a name like Old Ballz.  He's a disrespectful little f*ck who probably needs a hug or a really good ass whippin.  I'd vote for the latter.

    I may be full of sh*t, but i won't be de-turd.

wasn't the general consensus before the year started that we might be worse next year, since we are losing alot of numbers(not necessarily talent)?? or am i imagining things?
I walk out of that tunnel in this building and the passion of our fans, just gets me going. I mean just gives me an adrenaline rush that you guys just don't understand. - Frank Martin

    I'm with Coco.
It all depends who our QB is. Supposedly Harper will be a WR and it will be Lamur or whichever JUCO QB we can get here. I say, put Harper at QB and let's run wild, but whatever.

I mean..I get that/this...but in context of where ku, NU, and MU are headed not only this year but into next year...You gotta like our chances at being a bowl eligible team for 2010.

I'm not saying Harper is our savior or anything but at least we're getting some sort of D-1a talent back on our roster. If Harper turns out to be less of an athlete than, say, Carson Coffman..... :billypopcorn:

That was in fact the pre-season consensus.  As for me (like the Unabomber) I refused to buy into this society's conventional wisdom.  Still think we'll probably be better next year.

Maybe it's disrespectful to the guys playing right now instead of thinking ahead to next season?

How's it disrespectful for the guys playing this season? I just said think how much better this teams potential could be next season with Harper.

We never got the confirmation that the rumor that C-Harp was really impressive on scout team is true. Anyone?

With Snyder as coach, there's no doubt he'll be good.
