I don't think Thomas is quite as fast as scoby, but I could be wrong.

Scobey can't throw like Thomas.

Venables doesn't know this.
Is your life so sad that KSU football isn't enough?

Thomas is a little harder to bring down and a little more straight ahead.  Scobey was faster and a big-play type of back.  Remember when Josh Scobee kicked off to Josh Scobey?

Oklahoma recruited Thomas but as a Saftey or LB. The Big 12 leading rusher. They suck at recruiting.

Scobey was faster and more straight ahead...Thomas has better balance and probably shiftier...but they are pretty comparable

Scobey was faster, had bad vision, and broke fewer tackles.

Thomas has better feet, better vision and consistently pushes the pile forward.

    Gettin' angried up!!!
I honestly think that DT is quite a bit better than Scobey was.  Imagine Thomas running behind one of the DoD lines that averaged like 310 a player.  With an actual QB and actual WRs.  Yikes he would have been even more amazing.

One of the most adorable moments in BSFS history. Up there with frank murphy's proposal during the 07 spring game. Good stuff. Go cats.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.
