The only receiver KSU really needs to cover is Ryan Broyles.  The rest of them you just need to be in the area to catch the tipped ball that they miss.  OU has some terrible receivers this year.......with the exception of Broyles.

Is he as good as Jordan Shipley?  Because Shipley is incredibly good/fast/handsome.

And KSU owned him.

True this.  OU has fantastic athletes at the position, but have an infuriating ability to run before the catch or lack discipline to run the routes correctly.  Our key is getting pressure in the Sooner backfield.

As for our offense vs their defense...we better score once or twice on special teams.
Offense needs to eat minutes and allow us to play the field position game.  Sounds do-able, but that was my same gameplan against Tech.

Did you know Shiply and Colt are roommates?   :D  Sorry, that's an ongoing joke on the OU forums.  Every time Texas play on ABC we get to here about it.  Musberger likes to bring it up several times a game.

I don't know if he's as good as Shipley yet or not.  Shipley was owned by OU a couple of weeks ago, but last year he tore us up.  I would bet that Broyles is at least faster than Shipley.

Is your life so sad that KSU football isn't enough?

You're absolutely right about the receivers.  Many of us want to see the WR coach gone.  He came in with his resume of coaching receivers at Indianapolis Colts (Marvin Harrison), and at Nebraska and UCLA.  Well when you dig into the facts it turns out that he was fired at all of those places.  He coached a 4 win season at Indy and the offensive staff was fired.  After that is when they finally took off.

We are actually pretty excited about Jazz's future.  Adron started the season as a MAJOR flop, but last week he actually caught a few balls.
