Saying "Yeah it's nice we won the game and all but what's important to me is improving every week.  Defensively we did that.  Offensively we did not, and that's why I'm upset."

I love this man.  Top of the north standings by a 2 game margin, and is he content?  F*ck no.  He's pissed because we turned the ball over in the redzone.  He's pissed because we didn't get as many interceptions as we could.  He's pissed because of some bad decision making at the QB position.

That's the biggest difference between Mr "I'm not going to apologize for a win" and The Legend.

This team reminds me a lot of some of Snyder's earlier teams. Not real talented, but they don't beat themselves. We run the ball and play solid defense, things all but forgotten in the age of the spread offense.

I've been around the game long enough to know that Snyder will get this thing turned around again. You can tell the players are starting to buy in. That's how it starts.

From what I saw today, the biggest negative was our offensive play selection. The offense worked best out of the "I" but most of the the plays were out of a single back sets. If the fullback can block, run, and catch like Braden Wilson, Snyder should be running at least 75% of the offense out of the "I".

Power football isn't pretty but it works.

Yeah, was referring to the lack of talent and not beating themselves when I said they remind us of Snyder's earlier teams.

I was thinking earlier today that they are similar to the 1991 team in that regard.  Not enough talent across the board, but they play everyone tough/smart (well, except Tech).
