on 810 right now

"Wally Judge will shock the nation with his athleticism, he almost tore down one of the side baskets in practice the other day"

looking forward to San Juan.  Denis talks about it everyday.

I expect the Cats will be adopted by that island and should be the home crowd's favorite.

I bet Jake goes down as one of the most well liked EMAWs of all time.  Like, in 40 years, fff and I will be sitting in terminal C of MHK looking out at the jets and I'll say, "Trips, remember when Jake made that layup in traffic and got fouled and then got up and was all smiley and stuff" and fff will say, "Yes, I remember" and then we'll both smile and take sips from our drinks.

This is great, a uk fan telling us about discipline on the team.....  DUI's, arrest, shootings are all OK as long as you address your coach properly

shouldn't you rename yourself something more like DB Coopers?

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

Discipline:  Multiple on campus fights with the football team, DUI's, unpaid child support, shooting guns at campus  visitors, rubbing down campus employees with schlongage.

Douchebag Failed at ku boy will defend that everytime, but he's over here knocking K-State because the players call Frank . . . Frank.

You go Douchebag Failed at ku boy!!

KSUfans.com will become the #1 Kstate sports BBS!
Frank respects his players as well, he does not put himself above the players, he stated that the team including himself needs to buy into what they have at K-state, he respects his players by allowing them call him by his first name, I liked my football coach who allowed uss to call him Carl way more then I liked Coach Luedke, It never felt like he was above us... Unlike Bill Self who not unly demands to be called Coach Self while holding a whip and standing over his players, coaching is about being a leader, and having a team that feels like you will go to war for them just as much as they go to war with you. Now you can shut your mouth

"I don't know if I will be able to knock out as many teeth as big Lu, but I hope to pick up on the scoring and rebounding aspects." Wally Judge talking about being a biig of the future for KSU!

I've loved jake since his first game.  My affection started primarily because he wasn't Clent, but has grown into a much deeper emawtion.

Huge Pullen fan as well. Love the fact that he is from Chicago, still waiting for Frank to recruit Indy but Jake has s great tenacity on the defensive side of the floor. Also he is a pure gamer. All you need to do is look at the Kansas game in 07 and the NIT game. The kid gets after it every possession.

didn't much care for him as a freshman, love him now.

    I survived the Dickey/Parrish era.
B-E-F-Rer --

Same generation here....and while Bram has a presence, there is/was/will be nothing like Ahern.

Camping out for a week just to get student bball tickets really built an investment in the team.

I'll admit, though I really hate to, seeing a game uk Allen is a throwback to my time at KSU.

When you walked into Ahern you were immediately met with the aromas of 40-year-old stale popcorn and sweat.  <--- Can't be beat.

Jake will likely be historically remembered as the player most associated with the EMAW b-ball renaissance.  His SR day ovation will take the roof off.  Good for Jake.
