Tortilla, layer of cheese, chicken, pico, hot salsa, sour cream, guac, another layer of cheese all on 1/2 of the tortilla.  Tortilla folded and everything placed into some sort of heating apparatus.  Cute Chipotle girl then removed the quesadilla and cut it into triangles.  SOooooo excellent.  She wants to do me too I'm pretty sure.
