I love Ricky Gervais, but this movie left sooooo much to be desired. Some clever stuff in it, but it could have been an amazingly funny movie. They got side tracked with the invention of religion.
I would give it a C+, very rentable, but amazingly disappointing if you don't get out to too many movies like me.
