    I may be full of sh*t, but i won't be de-turd.
Oh, I'll be there for the ku/K-State game.  I'm just sayin'.... don't complain that ku fans don't travel well to Manhattan when it's a known fact that your fanbase tries to start fights and basically treats ku fans like garbage.

:ugh: Hypocrisy thy name is BMW.
I walk out of that tunnel in this building and the passion of our fans, just gets me going. I mean just gives me an adrenaline rush that you guys just don't understand. - Frank Martin

Now that's how you get out a f***ing blood stain.
I've had great experiences in places like Boulder and Stillwater.  Manhattan is just plagued by the inferiority complex of all things ku.  Seriously... I'd rather stay in Lawrence and watch the game in HD than go to Manhattan and nearly get curb-stomped for wearing a ku shirt.

would def love some 'old firm' type violence like this to actually occur ... you know like between different fan groups instead of between different teams of the same fan group.  would make the rivalry much more fun.  curb stomp ... lol
When I was a kid growing up in the projects, I used to dream of going into space, of escaping the slums, of killing an Ewok!

just like a frat boy at uk, goes both ways son. goes both ways.

I honestly feel like it's different at ku.  After the ku/K-State game in '04, we had K-State players partying over at my fraternity.  Usually K-State fans get treated with respect when they visit Lawrence.  Not so much the other way around.  Just sayin'.

You must be hanging out with the wrong crowd.  Everytime my ku friends come to visit it is usually a very nice time.  Only time I can honestly admit to being a dick to a ku fan when they are in town is because they were being a DOUCHEBAG.

Also, ku fans should thank us for coming into Lawrence and showing them how to set up a tailgate.

Just saying...

QFT. I cannot begin to go into the mean things ku fans say to my wife and kids in Lawrence.

It's not fun.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Is BMW the biggest pussy on the planet?

Yep

Alright since we're in anecdotal "Your fans suck" mode.   My parents, the quietest, non-confrontational couple of older folks you'd ever want to meet went to the 2004 ku/K-State game in Lawrence . . . . they'll never go back, and it has nothing to do with outcome on the field, because they just don't get all that worked up about the outcome on the field.

I really haven't had that much trouble in Lawrence...minus my windshield getting cracked  :curse:  ku fans do come to Manhattan acting like d-bags and usually deserve it.

I predicted it many years ago, if they ever got good in football, we'd have to deal with the same smug BS (8x's worse when you're dealing with a non ku attending/non college attending ku bandwagoner) that we have to deal with out of ku basketball fans.

Uh-huh.

Yeah, who wouldn't enjoy being called a "fag" at every other turn and being threatened with violence simply for wearing a ku shirt?  The inferiority complex will be out in full force once again this year.

no need to feel inferior. We have three times the number of conference wins as ku...and yes we're an underdog...but we feed on that. Its like Whiskas.

I have traveled to nearly every Big 12 town to watch the Cats.  The only one that I had a dent kicked into my vehicle was Lawrence, KS.

Had several requests to fight after that game. Including someone calling me a...FAGGOT...through a megaphone. They were a ku fan. Ben is an idiot, if he seriously doesn't have enough sense to know that almost every fanbase is quite similar then I don't think he should be allowed to live by himself. He needs some kind of helper to cut his food and crap. :blahblah:

1) ksu IS the home of the first all-gay frat in Kansas  GAY....SSSSS....UUUU....Wildats!

2) Saying you'll get made fun of is a lame reason to skip a road game.   BMW, your posts on this thread are an embarassment.
We also have a sorority for lesbian, bisexual and transgender women, Gamma Rho Lambda.

Manhattanites,

Isn't it nice living in such a crime-free and progressive town like Manhattan, KS?

Catsdo must be anorexic, or else a cum-swallowing faggot who likes it up the ass.  I don't go to the rec with pussies.  Go cry yourself into a corner, bitch.

24 in a row, on your homecourt.  You are a f*cking joke.  Guaranteed.

Not trying to start controversy or even saying that Catsdo didn't deserve it but I'm just saying...

The difference between fball & bball/baseball is that fans don't sit on their porch/roof/balcony and throw bottles/cans/water balloons at kids/parents as they walk to AF or the baseball stadium like they do to when games are at the track.

It's not just for ku. Get over yourself. Steve dave has started fights (and won every one of them) with every opposing fanbase to visit Manhattan this season.

BMW, still going to the game? :)

Oh, and don't give that bullsh1t. I am treating like complete dog sh1t in Lawrence (stuff thrown, mean stuff yelled, etc.). Never seen any KSU fans treat Hawks like that while in MHK.

fwiw I had a friend get stabbed through the lower jaw after the 06 game in Lawrence.  Very nice guy, not a troublemaker, tons of EMAW.  Tons.  If you knew/know who I'm talking about then you would/will understand.

I think it's Phicat who had a full Coke poured on him at a game in Lawrence once.
