If it were me, I'd put in taco meat, Monterrey Jack, onion, jalapenos, and....say with me here....diced potato, and peas (limited amount).

Pretty much just seasoned beef, cheese, I think some tomato. Really don't have them often, but it was tasty

Throw some diced carrots in that bitch and you will not be disappointed, I promise.
