Not saying Ucla's fans are hostile.  Moreso how unhostile the ULL game was, u know?  I mean, I've played in front of more people than that.

Just our players knowing they are at the rose bowl will be hostile enough for them imo.

First off, if you played at a school no larger than Jetmore, then you've played in front of bigger crowds than the one at ULAF.  Great fans, crappy game.  I live in Houston and The last time I traveled to watch such a crappy game was a couple of years ago when I went to the Baylor game in WACO.  One similarity in the BU and ULAF game, and I think it had an impact on us losing...  was Every time we had a third down they started playing the bells from Hells Bells (AC/DC).  Got in our kid's heads and they couldn't convert.

Being the 800th person to say this "ironically," might be even more lame than saying it as if you believed it.

Announced attendance of 16,431.  But I'm sure that lots of people on this board have played in front of larger crowds than that.

A lot of high schools pull WAY more people than that.  Not saying any in Kansas do, but other places that is "small"

The largest crowd ever for a high school game in Texas was under 50,000.  The tenth largest was 36,000.  None of the top 10 games were played in a high school stadium.  So, I guess, If you played in one of those games, you would call 16,000 a small crowd.  My point was no one one this board (except TP obviously) has ever played in front of more than 16,000 people.  I imagine we probably have some dudes that played NAIA or juco ball, but even they didn't play in front of more people.  That was my only point.
