yet in the last 2 weeks ADJC has increased his annual payroll outlay by about $845K with the new contracts for Snyder . . . which amounts to an $800K dollar annual increase over his predecessor, and the new contract with Hill who got like a $45-$55K dollar annual pay increase.

I've heard about no budget cuts, no layoffs . . . but I read Tardville and K-State athletics has "huge" money problems.

Hope they're budgeting a raise for frank and staff.
