My source says he's spent a lot of time at QB in practice, not half and half, but at least a quarter of the time. Not sure if he just meant wildcat, but I doubt they'd practice wildcat 1/4th of the time..

I wouldn't be surprised if we start moving him there and have LB sent back to RB. If we had someone better than KV I think he would have started at QB this year.

I don't see us moving LB back to RB.  It's asking an awful lot of a dude to keep moving him around like that.  Plus, he wasn't any good at RB anyway.  Might as well see in one of the young guys can push KV out of the top RB spot.  That said, DT isn't going to be spending any extended time at QB in games.

He's gotta be better at RB than he is at WR judging off of his snaps he's taken from WR. Sure he's got a lot of potential there but it just hasn't happened (partially due to him being moved around all the time).

It's not whether LB is better at RB or WR.  It's about who is the best RB we have behind DT.  I'd be willing to bet we have other dudes that are better back there than LB.  Dude's a nice athlete, but it's silly to think that a dude can suddenly learn how to be a good D1 RB on the fly like Prince expected him to and we would be asking him to do this year.

The last thing this team needs right now is confusion in the huddle.

Daniel Thomas is just fine running the ball and not having to make game changing decisions.

The team is behind Carson 100%, Bill knows that.  So should you.

He also carries that ball like a loaf of bread.  He's damn lucky that defender didn't dislodge it when he carried it over his head.  "Hey DT:  Please stop carrying the damn ball like you're freaking Neon Deon.  TIA."

Deion Sanders was in the NFL.

DT:  Keep playing like Neon Deion.

Thanks for the update on Deon's playing career.  I was not aware the man played competitive football.     The point is, he needs to tuck that ball away or we'll be bitching about his fumbles in the future.  Oh, and the NFL scouts won't care for him not protecting the football either.

Grumblings that the team is revolting on Carson.

Being associated with GPC, we know you don't actually have any inside info or hear any legit grumblings.

My sources tell me his lasagna is as good as ever.

No, if Fitz knows anything, he knows about food.  He would know if there was a lasagna problem in the locker room.

Well everyone else is 0% behind Carson, and I don't see it changing anytime soon

If you'd pay for GPC you'd already know about the overcooked/not covered by cheese/crunchy noodle problem over at the complex.

No, I'd be banned because I kind of like Boise State.

Might as well. The obvious has worked. Hasn't come close to working. We would have been in as good of shape to date if we had used RBs at the QB. And I'm not a negatory type of guy. The hand has written on the wall! :kstatriot:

Did you mean "the writing is on the wall" or did you just try to quote the Bible on a football message board?  Did you not know the saying, or did you just try to free style a bit?

Hilarious.  Is he gonna kick FGs and play DE for us too?

..i heard he could turn water into wine, huge hit at weddings.  Daniel Thomas?  More like Jesus Christ.

Headline after the UCLA game:  There's no doubting Thomas

    The very best.
if we only had a dece rb, this would be a fantastic idea.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Thomas will still be that dece RB. He'll just have an extra blocker out there instead of Coffman sucking up valuable oxygen doing absolutely nothing.

Can we not resume discussing the DT-to-QB move, plz? Thx.

lots of depth in here.

Really like the picture overall.  Except the right ear above the DT eyes.  That crap freaks me out.

It reminds me of the mouth of a baby Alien!
