yeah. Kanye kinda apologized, promised to help Taylor out with anything in the future. Said he realized he did something wrong when he gave the mic back, and she didn't start talking. Then Leno brought up his dead mother, then came the tears, almost. Weird seeing Old Man Leno relate to a black rapper.

I just watched the Leno thing. I was excited about it because it was something new to watch but it was a giant
. How anyone can think he can hold Letterman's jock is beyond me. Now, back to the Kanye thing, I wasn't impressed by the 20 second pause where he was trying to come up with what was on the script about what his mom would think. That was the most scripted apology I think I've ever heard. He didn't mean a single word of it. He might as well have been holding the piece of paper that his "people" wrote his apology out on. You don't look at the ground the entire time you're apologizing, stumble over your words and expect people to believe you.
