just admit it. you wanted to talk about it. they are just fantastic.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

I really like Hartman.  Dude is always in the right place.  Could have had 5 interceptions so far on the year if he catches 2 gimmies.

How much do we miss Brandon Harold, amirite?

Although I'm sure Kadero is just another overrated spring ball juco story, he has to be a better option than playing a defensive back as defensive end.

Love me some Koenning. You can definitely tell that the D is being "coached up" and are in the right place, we just don't have the players right now to cause damage on that side of the ball.

we forced, what 4 TO's?

The defense is def. better. Not saying much because they were miserable last year. they still aren't very good vs the run though.

fatty, the D is much better..while we were on defense I did not have to watch the game out of the corner of my eye ready to turn and cringe in embarrassment for Kansas State University. The tackling alone is light years better.
Show me defense.

The defensive was good. Nowhere near the number of missing assignments tonight. ULL has a good o-line.  Really shut them down in the second half though.

The defense still sucks, the QB they went up against last night was marginally better than Carson.

    IT'S DIVISION ONE FOOTBALL!!!
The defense was decent against two retard teams.  The raping begins against UCLA and will continue throughout conference play.

Problem is that the offense is as bad this year as the defense was last year.

Seeing them for the first time I was surprised at how well they got to the ball and how hard they were hitting.

Dline didn't look very good though.

DT and BB being the BH and JM of the offense. Everyone else is a bunch of...well, those other guys...

That is the odd thing about it all.  We rarely get any pressure from our front four, yet our D has been quite inmpressive IMHO.  It is a bit scary though thinking about matching up with spread teams like ku, MU, TTU.  Those teams will pick us apart if we give them any time.
