Effing sweet.

I'm in.  Someone find me the link?  :beerchug:

It happened in 94.  Apparently ku fans are going to 'fight' us if we do it.  We'll make sports center for sure!  Miami ain't got nothin' on us.  Kansas brawls > Florida brawls.

Come on guys.  Where's your MCMW spirit?

I can't think of a bigger insult to a school than tearing down their goalposts.  It's like a giant smack in the face.

I personally love the idea.

Of course, we should never do it at our home field unless we upset a top 10 team, or we're breaking some streak(no big ones exist against us that I know of.)

But those rules go out the window when visiting ku.  I mean, can you imagine how many pissed off ku fans there would be?

There is precedence for that actually in the 90's when U of A played ASU in Tucson and the Sun Devil fans tore down the goalposts of the home team.  MJ- living in AZ do you recall that?

I hate to have to remind you that we have done it twice in Lawrence- in 1969 and again in 1994.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

    Powertard Un-approved
The next couple trips to larryville several of their security and students rushed out to surround their goalposts.  They eventually gave up realizing that they no longer warranted any actions like that.

Ox is right, if the students tear down the goal posts at Lowrents that will be nothing short of embarassing.
