High school football
Anyone see any good prep football tonight?
I watch Bubba Starling of Gardner Edgerton run for 200 yards and throw for 150 plus in the first half against De Soto. 48-zip and half.
Kid supposedly has a 90 mph fastball and is getting lots D1 letters for baseball. Wouldn't mind the Cats looking at him for QB. 6' 4", 180 plus junior.
Gardner is a 5A and De Soto a so-so 4A, but did make the playoffs last year.

Watched bishop miege beat atchison 60-0. McCay hay had an 18 yd receiving td. Releford had an int.

Dodge City 26  Wichita Southeast 3.  Joseph Randle only had 70 yards on 14 carries for Southeast.  Dodge's new RB Jace Banner, a transfer from KC,  had 107 yards on 17 carries.  Trying to find some defensive stats for Dowling.

Was a classmate of mine in HS, his wife a good friend growing up, both excellent people.  Haven't seen since class reunion ten years ago though.  Thought maybe he'd make the jump to college once his kid graduated HS but just relocated to KC area.
