Hey, one of you lawyer dudes in Kansas might think about forming an Association of Concerned Alumni (or Federation of Upset and Concerned K-Staters) in order to submit an amicus brief in the Prince lawsuit when the time comes to brief the case. (Intervening is probably
not an option, but you could try that, too.)
The university is arguably not adequately representing the interests of the alumni by not throwing Krause under the bus. The legal arguments now (IIRC) focus only on proving that Prince acted wrongfully in creating the contract, not that there was a fraud or conspiracy by Krause (which are legitimate legal arguments to be explored IMO). This could end up costing the university dollars that were donated by alumns.
