Hey, one of you lawyer dudes in Kansas might think about forming an Association of Concerned Alumni (or Federation of Upset and Concerned K-Staters) in order to submit an amicus brief in the Prince lawsuit when the time comes to brief the case.  (Intervening is probably not an option, but you could try that, too.)

The university is arguably not adequately representing the interests of the alumni by not throwing Krause under the bus.  The legal arguments now (IIRC) focus only on proving that Prince acted wrongfully in creating the contract, not that there was a fraud or conspiracy by Krause (which are legitimate legal arguments to be explored IMO).  This could end up costing the university dollars that were donated by alumns.

Just spitballin' here, folks.

    The very best.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Sound like a good idea . . . plus can one of you lawyers possibly work up a class action againt Prince for perpetrating a fraud on season ticket holders and contributors to Kansas State University Athletics Inc.

My god, the more stories I read about what a complete cluster f_ck Prince and his coaching staff was the more I want to see this happen . . . possibly include Krause, Weiser and Wefald in that as well.
