McCullough is my land lord right now. There really not bad. I think PJs really just can't pay the bills. My friend is in a metal band that plays there some times and he said PJs was going under for the aforementioned reason.
Besides, it's PJs....who gives a frack?
They'll turn on ya. Just you wait.
I only went into PJ's once during my entire stay at State. Smelled like Mangino's jerk off socks.
Also an MDI res. Care to elaborate?
- When I was going through the initial walk through MDI was my best friend, but a month after I signed when some sh*t started breaking she tried to pin it on me. I had filled the bath tub up (had just gotten a new hoodie and wanted to hand wash it the first time so it wouldn't shrink) and it drained into the apartment below. MDI tried to pin it on me even after I told them that I hadn't filled it up very high. Turns out that it was their own pipes that were fracked up.
- MDI issued me two noise complaints that were intended for other apartments and tried their damnedest to make me pay them.
- The guys in the building next to us smoked a lot and would throw their butts out onto the sidewalk roughly in front of our deck. Got a letter in the mail with a notice stating that a hundred bucks was being added to my bill that month for cig disposal. Called to tell them it wasn't my apt and they called me a liar. So I had to have a lady from the grounds crew call MDI to tell them that the butts weren't coming from our apt.
- One Friday night a couple January's ago I come home from the Ville around 12:15 and got locked out on my deck. I wasn't drunk and had just gone out for a couple hours. I'd heard a fight breaking out in the lot of my apt (I lived right across from the Ville so this happened a lot.) so I stepped out on the deck to watch it. It was a spur of the moment thing so I didn't have my keys on me, granted, I shouldn't have had to worry about that sh*t anyways. When I slid the fracking door shut behind me the lock latch fell into place and I was stuck on my second story deck. I had asked her to fix this handle once before and she had never sent the maintenance guy. So I call the apts lockout line, an hour later the dude gets there to let me out and he wants me to sign a form saying that I agreed to pay a thirty dollar fee. I refused to do it because it wasn't my fault. A month later MDI still added the fee to my bill and I had to go in and have a meeting the manager to get out of it.
- Cable jack in my room didn't work when I moved in but MDI said that they were going to have it fixed before I moved in. Never happened. After the 3rd time I asked she called and told me that if I wanted it fixed I could call Cox and pay to have it fixed myself.
- AC unit was a piece of sh*t. Last summer it broke 5 times. MDI would never really have it fixed. Before the repair men left they would joke about how they would more than likely see me in a few days. Repair dude called MDI right in front of me to tell them that the AC unit was toast. MDI told him to do whatever he had to to make it work cause they weren't gonna buy another one for a couple years.
