It's definitely not the current coach staff's fault that the o-line's talent is below average, but the coaching staff has been anything but creative in trying to manage their weakness up front.
You can still try to find a way through the use of offensive schemes/play calls to manage your weakness. Even with this offensive line, you can still run a QB sneak with a 6-6 240 QB. I believe throughout the entire year we've only executed maybe one RB screen play, we don't run any WR screens, the 5-7yd TE stop over the middle (which was a staple for the first few games) was open yet for some reason we're trying to get the ball to Norwood 15-20yds down the field when we know our o-line is only gong to block for less than one second.
